Rating reflects the product in general, not the service of GPA Smart Store. ======================================== Please be advised that this is not a bound workbook, but a photocopy of the cover and the workbook pages stapled together. (at least, as of May 2008) It's nice to finally get my hands on a copy of Level 9, but when I was ordering it, I didn't see anything that said it was just a photocopy that I was paying for and not a bound book.
